Kunci
kebahagiaan adalah Keseimbangan:
Material vs
Spiritual.
Keseimbangan dalam hidup adalah kunci
kebahagiaan
.
All embraced by unconditional love, ONE.
Setiap

on The power of Now.
The past and the future are illusions.
They only exist to the degree we focus our attention on them right now.
We create the past and the future by imagining them in
the present. But we don’t even exist outside the Now.
I started asking questions like, “How can I
experience more joy in this very moment?”
I began doing more things I enjoyed, such as
exercising, reading, meditating, and spending time with my wife. I
became less stingy with my cash and began spending it more liberally when the
situation warranted.
In the past I would set goals because I
believed that achieving those goals would increase my happiness. But now
the flow goes in reverse. Today I set goals to increase my expression
of the happiness I’m already enjoying. ( in RSDNation community,
Self-Amusement is enjoy Life).
Today I’m so happy it’s almost
ridiculous. I couldn’t even have imagined being this happy on a daily
basis five years ago. And I certainly wasn’t depressed back then — I was
at least content. But now my default emotional state is highly positive,
not just neutral. I stopped seeking happiness in the
future and instead looked for ways to create it right now.
Or do you find yourself stuck in the same
situation I was in several years ago, sacrificing your present happiness for
the hope of a better tomorrow? There is no someday, you know.
There is only right now. If your current life path isn’t a joyful one,
turn around and take a different path. Other people will probably whine
about your decision — no one on the treadmill of unhappiness likes being
reminded that it’s possible to get off at any time.
Ekhart Tolle's message is simple: living in the now is the
truest path to happiness and enlightenment.
Tolle has taken the essence of spiritual wisdom from such great
teachers as Jesus and Buddha, and put this wisdom into meaningful expression
for today, just as Ernest Holmes has done through his formulation of a Science
of Mind and Spirit. When Holmes says of spiritual mind treatment that it is
"clearing the thought of negation, of doubt and fear, and causing it to
perceive the ever-presence of God,"
because in space consciousness there is no future and no past.
There is only the present, and it is always free. This is what the Buddhists
call "emptiness" and Jesus calls "the fullness of life." It
is the same thing, or rather no-thing. Because it is an opening into the
vertical dimension, which has no limit, the present is never confining or
fraught with problems.
Every fearful thought is about future, is about something that
could or may happen. Most people are familiar with the "mental
movies" that cause stress and anxiety and keep you awake at night, while
your body lies in a warm and comfortable bed. The moment you recognize a
fearful thought for what it is, that is to say futile and self-destructive mind
activity, you begin to disidentify from it. Awareness or Presence then takes
over from thinking.
So awakening to your life's purpose is not to try to look to the
future and expect fulfillment there but to stay in the moment, allowing the ego
to dissolve. Your life's inner purpose is primary, and your inner purpose is to
awaken, to be conscious. In whatever you do, your state of consciousness is the
primary factor.
Even if you achieve your outer purpose, it will never satisfy you
if you haven’t found your inner purpose, which is awakening, being present,
being in alignment with life. True power comes out of the presence; it is the
presence.
Meditation helps you free your mind from past’s depression and
future’s anxiety or fear, just be in the now, in the flow, flow of life. Peace
& pure Joy.
In
Eckhart’s words, “Eternity does not mean endless time. It means no time.”
Death is not the opposite of life. Life has no
opposite. The opposite of death is birth. Life is eternal.

How to align with the Now, the ultimate container of the many

Awakening to the essence of yourself and others—the timeless
truth of existence itself
Looking for your identity in the past or for fulfillment in the
future is madness, explains Eckhart Tolle. “If you want sanity, then the focus
of your life must be the present moment.”Awakening
in the Now is your
opportunity to begin a life without struggle, where the joy of being pervades your actions, and
“a blessing lives through you.”
Tolle’s
key concept is “the power of now,” or living in the “now.” He mocks people
(most of us) fixated on the future, which is profoundly misguided, he says,
because the future does not actually even exist. He sees most people as focused
on wanting things in the future, and regarding the present only as a stepping
stone to that future. This he labels literally “insane.” He describes us as
always looking toward the next thing rather than the present, and when the next
thing comes, we want the next thing after that, making life a journey with the
destination continually receding into the distance, and we never stop to live
it. Tolle’s alternative, which he deems more valid and fulfilling,
is living instead in the “now.” We are always in the “now;” the “now” is
wherever we actually are, and that’s what we must be attentive to.
Enlightenment, according to Tolle, is simply a
"natural state of feltoneness with
Being." And being, in Tolle's teaching, is
defined as "the eternal, ever-present One Life beyond the myriad forms of
life that are subject to birth and death."
His basic message is simple: disconnect from the
thinking mind, shift your attention from "mind to Being, from time to
Presence." Indeed, time is the enemy in Tolle's teaching, and the mind is
the enemy's tool. We must reject them both, abandoning our psychological
attachment to the past and future, realizing that a mind-identified condition
is "a form of insanity." "Be so utterly, so completely present," Tolle tells us, "that no problem, no
suffering, nothing that is not who you are in your essence, can survive in you.
In the Now, in the absence of time, all your problems dissolve. Suffering needs
time; it cannot survive in the Now."
Eckhart Tolle's teachings we had stumbled upon a
genuine and profound expression of the nondual realization, a rare pearl in the
shallow tidepools of new millennium spirituality.
You are the universe, expressing itself as a
human for a little while

"Here is a new spiritual practice for you:
don’t take your thoughts so seriously."
Eckhart Tolle
We depend on nature not only for our physical survival. We
also need nature to show us the way home, the way out of the prison of our
minds. We got lost in doing, thinking, remembering, anticipating; lost in a
maze of complexity and a world of problems. We have forgotten what rocks,
plants and animals still know. We have forgotten how to be – to be still, to be
ourselves, to be where life is: here and now.

IN TODAY’S RUSH
WE ALL THINK TOO MUCH, SEEK TOO MUCH, WANT TOO MUCH AND FORGET ABOUT THE JOY OF
JUST BEING.
Eckhart Tolle
When you become aware of silence, immediately
there is that state of inner still alertness. You are present. You have stepped
out of thousands of years of collective human conditioning.
— Eckhart Tolle
"Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry—all forms of
fear— are caused by too much future, and not enough presence. Guilt, regret,
resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of nonforgiveness
are caused by too much past, and not enough presence.
“
— Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now
“Whenever you accept what is, something deeper emerges than
what is. So, you can be trapped in the most painful dilemma, external or
internal, the most painful feelings or situation, and the moment you accept
what is, you go beyond it, you transcend it. Even if you feel hatred, the
moment you accept that this is what you feel, you transcend it. It may still be
there, but suddenly you are at a deeper place where it doesn’t matter that much
anymore.”
~ECKHART
TOLLE
"Accept, then act. Whatever the
present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with
it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy. This will
miraculously transform your whole life."
Eckhart Tolle
You are not IN the universe, you ARE the universe, an
intrinsic part of it. Ultimately you are not a person, but a focal point where
the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle.
Eckhart Tolle
To the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only past and
future are considered important. This total reversal of the truth accounts for
the fact that in the ego mode the mind is so dysfunctional. It is always
concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it - who are you?

True communication is communion―the realization of oneness,
which is love.

You cannot find yourself by going into the past. You can find

Love, joy, and peace cannot flourish until you have freed
yourself from mind dominance.

Emotion arises at the place where mind and body meet. It is the
body's reaction to your mind — or you might say, a reflection of your mind in
the body.

Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have.
Make the Now the primary focus of your life.
Eckhart

"Once you have made peace with the present moment, see what
happens, what you can do or choose to do, or rather what life does through you.
There are three words that convey the secret of the art of living, the secret
of all success and happiness: One with Life. Being one with life is being one
with Now. You then realize that you don't live your life, but life lives you.
Life is the dancer and you are the dance."

“If you
want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal
dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be
approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing
all the time. It’s very important to be aware of them every time they come up.” Deepak
Chopra
